The stabilisation includes the building of a historical deep focus on expenses and revenues to build a solid and credible P&L. It also focuses on the credit management of credit cards, the people’s strategy and organisation chart and analytics including DCC.

The elevation is the phase which includes extensive below the line and above the line marketing activities planned, extensive sales strategy including offers bundling, smart pricing strategy and finally a robust cards portfolio management driving a substantial revenue growth.
